TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS/WARRANTY: GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. parts or parts sold/distributed by GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc., are deemed high performance and no warranty is expressed or implied other than what is afforded by the manufacturer. Parts may or may not be suitable for street use, check your local laws. Some items may require cutting, relocating, major modifications, or removal of components in order to be installed, GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. is not liable for additional expenses incurred during these or other processes. Buyer assumes all liability of purchased items, as otherwise noted. GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc is not liable for damage, harm, or death caused by ANY parts sold/distributed by us consequential or inconsequential. I also understand that parts may be different that pictured and pictures are for reference purposes only. I understand that parts ordered online may or may not be in stock, should an item(s) not be in current inventory, you will receive a call and or e-mail regarding this, should you decide to place the item on backorder it is understood that the part will be charged up front and the part(s) will ship as soon as they arrive in stock, unless other arraignments have been made in leu of this.
FIBERGLASS/CARBONFIBER PARTS: These parts are all hand built and will all contain certain flaws, as with anything being built one by one, this is deemed as "normal". Any and all components made from fiberglass or carbonfiber are not produced by GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc does not make any claim to the fit/finish/structural integrity of such items, so NO WARRANTY applies. These items will contain certain blemishes, possible stretch marks and such, customer understands this and accepts the fact that these natural blemishes are normal. ALL body components are meant for show purposes ONLY and are not deemed as street worthy/legal. ALL hoods will require hood pins, and professional installation. Should the customer want to return any such items it will be at the sole expense of the comsumer, GT PRO Performance Tuning does not pay for return shipping.

CHARGES: I hereby give GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. also known as GT PRO Industries permission to charge my credit card for said webstore purchases. I agree to pay for parts ordered through the GT PRO webstore and also agree to pay any and all attorneys fees associated with collection of said amounts should I perform a fraudulent transaction.

RETURNS: ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and special order items are non cancellable and non refundable. GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. furthermore does not refund ANY shipping charges whatsoever. ANY and ALL returns must be authorized by GT PRO Performance Tuning inc., GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc.,will issue an RTA # should it be deemed that a part is returnable, this number must accompany the merchandise along with the original invoice and product in unused/saleable condition. GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. reserves the right to inspect any/all returned merchandise before issuing a refund/credit. Parts installed, used, altered, painted, fitted, etc are NOT returnable, no exceptions, these parts will be shipped back to the consumer freight collect.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

DAMAGES: Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (Trucking/UPS/FedEx, etc.) customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.

BACKORDERS: Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, possibly longer due to various uncontrollable circumstances, the customer understands this and will not hold GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. liable for delays incurred.

PRICING: Pricing is subject to change at any time based on the discretion of GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc.

SHIPPING: GT PRO Performance Tuning Inc. makes all efforts to ship all products within 24-48hrs of reciept of your weborder (excluding weekends and holidays). No gaurantees are made, however we do our best to ship your products on time. All shipping costs will be $10 minimum.
